Our family is on a week vacation and this was our first night stop on the trip. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was comfort, clean and spacious enough for our entire family of 6. If in The area again we will definitely stay again!

The hotel was nice and staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. The beds in our room were hard and not comfortable. They needed replacing. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

Housekeeping was a disaster. They clean every 2 days. We arrived Friday. They picked up and made beds Sunday. On Tuesday at 4 the room hadn't been cleaned yet. We had to do to the front desk and ask them to clean. We were put out while they cleaned. Thursday was supposed to be a full turn down. The house keepers didn't clean and even went so far as to put a do not disturb sign on our door!!!! Also unrelated to the specific hotel but booking through orbits will not get you hilton points. We stayed 7 nights so this very annoying to not get the points.
