Escape to the beautiful Mystique Country House set in absolutely stunning country surrounds. The house generates a sense of peace and beauty being far removed from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Perfect for accommodating a special small gathering of family and friends on almost two acres of land. There is a private lake and a Mt Coolangatta backdrop, which both create an ambiance of intrigue and mystery adding to the adventure. Wedding groups are permitted for accommodation only, being strictly not a venue for events or parties. Many wedding reception venues are found nearby. The property is next door to a famous Coolangatta Estate, with vineyards, and is close to the coast and beaches and the Shoalhaven River.

Mystique Country House is a luxurious South Coast vacation house providing quality accommodation. It is a large north facing house set on approximately two acres of quality rural land. This beautiful architecturally designed house, built in 2007, is modern and unique in design. It is built all on one level and extends over a large ground area. All rooms have windows and/or doors overlooking country scenes of lake, mountain or rural land. There are four wide large sliding glass doors and a glass wall all allowing the outside to be on view in the house. The property has an easy flow between indoor and the outdoor living areas. A large deck supports an outdoor living area and area with solar heated swimming pool (heating operational October-April). A large billiard table and outdoor table settings exist in part of the triple garage.

This is not just a house for summer and spring. Autumn and winter is a special time of the year for Mystique when the lake, mountain and surrounds are the most hauntingly beautiful and mysterious creating the right atmosphere for you to be your most contemplative and inspirational. Come and co-exist with the beautiful migrating black swan families who stay the whole winter in the lake. Great setting for atmospheric family and friend gatherings. Your chef is most welcome and excellent chefs can be recommended who know the house well.

*The Kitchen - A fully equipped modern kitchen with all modern appliances and amenities. Nespresso machine (BYO pods), Nutri-bullet machine, double sided toaster and sandwich maker machine., coffee grinder, coffee plungers.
*Dining Room next to the kitchen. A white dining room or breakfast room with a white marble dining setting and white leather chairs.
*Informal Sitting Room - Overlooks the lake, garden and pool through wide sliding doors. Italian leather lounges, polished cement top coffee table, a wall mounted television and DVD player.
*Formal Lounge and Dining Room - Large stunning formal lounge and dining room with recliner leather lounges and a dining table to sit twelve. Hi fi Stereo. Views through one sliding door over the expansive, eastern section of the lake and garden.
*Theatre Room -The theatre room with comfortable tiered seating leather lounges and armchairs. This room Includes a 75inch flat screened television with DVD player. Foxtel Sports and Movies available. The room can be blackened during the day. The sofa bed lounge can be set up as a sofa bed if 1-2 additional guests wish to come at a charge of $75 per person per night beyond 10 guests.
*Bedrooms and Bathrooms -There are five large bedrooms of which one is a master bedroom. Four bedrooms have Queen sized beds, stylish ensuites and built in robes. The fifth bedroom contains two king single beds and is next door to a common bathroom. The sofa bed in theatre room can be converted to a bed for up to two people. Shares common bathroom with fifth bedroom.
*Covered Deck Area - There is a large covered outdoor area with outdoor dining for ten to twelve. Large, quality BBQ grills and trays fully washed and deep cleaned after each guest. Stylish outdoor armchairs and seating and hardwood decking. Overlooking the lake and country scenes.
*Swimming Pool - A sparkling blue ten metre swimming pool with fence and all safety features. Council accredited for child safety. We follow the rules of no furniture in the swimming pool area. Solar heated October to April-only.
*Garage Area and Parking - Large triple garage area with internal access to the house. Mostly taken up with a quality billiard table and entertainment setting with tables and chairs. Parking remains for 1 car only. Plenty of off-street parking on the grounds. All easy and level access.
*Laundry - A laundry fully equipped with all modern conveniences and a door to an outdoor clothes line.
*A large section of lawn for playing sport and enjoying other outdoor activities.

*Minimum Stays
All Long Weekends can only be a 3day block booking, excepting Easter, Christmas and New Year period and January School Holidays which are a 4 or5 day block booking minimum. All other bookings are a 2day minimum stay.
