Upstairs – Master bedroom with a Queen bed – family bathroom offering bath, shower and toilet. Modern kitchen comes complete with dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. Front and rear decks to relax and enjoy the sunshine and sea breeze. A Smart TV with Stan and Netflix connected and DVD in the comfy lounge room round up the upstairs. Unlimited WiFi as well.
Downstairs – Bedroom 2 with a Double bed, Bedroom 3 with 2 singles and Bedroom 4 has a set of single bunks. This room also has an Apple TV. Laundry comes with Washing machine, dryer, 2nd toilet and shower. The property has 4 heaters to keep you toasty warm during the cooler months. Property is not fenced. No garage but ample off street parking.
