My wife and I were upgraded to a suite and thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night stay. Understated yet hip, extremely well located for walking, metro, shopping, restaurants. Staff was very friendly and efficient. This hotel is at the top of our list in Copenhagen and I hope to come back again.

Excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The metro is a 2-3minute walk should you need it. And most tourist spots are walkable from here. They pay attention to detail and are just so kind. Room was cute. Would definitely stay here again if I ever get the chance to go back.

Gorgeous, well appointed and great location!

From the moment we stepped in the door, we were greeted with champagne in the lounge to check in. The concierge/desk personnel were extremely helpful with recommendations and any issues. If you like the idea of repurposing space, this hotel has done a fabulous job making this place chic, cool and comfortable. The bar was stocked and serene. The rooms are a bit tight but they do an amazing job making the best of all space. The bathroom was luxurious and spacious. Amenities were better than most hotels including slippers, water, coffee in room, great bath products and even daily mouthwash! Wifi was excellent except on the patio but that was not an issue. We had the breakfast one day and the choices were fresh, delicious and healthy. The location is perfect - in the middle of everything you need to see and next to a Metro stop. We walked 15 min or less to every other neighborhood or attraction. They also had bikes (and umbrellas) for the guests. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Expedia Charged $400 more than expected as I changed the reservations from 3 nights to two. Spent $600 a night for nothing. Concierge sent us to a bad restaurant. More?

We had a fabulous stay at the Herman K Hotel. The location is incredible!!! You can walk to absolutely everything. The staff is fantastic. I would like to mention Patricia and Fernando for being particularly helpful and another young woman whose name I did not get. If you are coming to Copenhagen this is absolutely the place to stay. Super clean and comfortable beds. Reasonable pricing. We loved Copenhagen!❤️
