I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is perfect — close to everything, which made getting around super convenient. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing plenty of room to relax after a long day. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a wonderful experience and great value for the location. I would definitely stay here again!

We had an incredible experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely faultless. We travelled with our three-year-old and were genuinely impressed by how perfectly the hotel balanced luxury and family-friendliness. It felt like a five-star retreat that could easily cater to families without compromising the relaxing, sophisticated atmosphere of an adults-only escape. The dining options were excellent, offering variety and quality that suited all tastes. Our room was one of the best we’ve ever stayed in—spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally comfortable. The location was ideal, making it easy to explore the city and also very convenient for getting to and from the airport. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We truly hope to return one day!

It’s impossible to get a taxi to the property in less than 30 minutes. The maitre de had a bad attitude. They only have one restaurant and nothing else. It is not a 5* hotel.

Amazing Hotel in a Great Location

Fantastic hotel in a good location for exploring Copenhagen. The buffet breakfast is incredible, covering everyone’s tastes. It looks like it has recently been decorated. The rooms were spotless and the bed really comfy. Loved it.
