Please Note:
• The additional loft bedroom does not have a direct emergency exit. The nearest exit is down the ladder to the front door.
• The terrace-level bedroom does not have an emergency exit. The nearest exterior exit is through the game room to the terrace level door.

• Four additional twin beds are available for an extra cost.
• These beds are located in a loft area accessed by ladder.

• $30 pet fee

Important Property Notes

• Well Water:
The cabin operates on a well system, and occasionally the water may appear discolored throughout the cabin and hot tub. The water is treated and all necessary safety precautions are taken.

• Mid-Stay Cleaning:
For stays longer than 14 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled during your stay and charged at the same rate as the standard cleaning fee. Additional cleaning charges may apply if excessive cleaning or damage occurs.

• Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking and prior to check-in.
