We love to stay at this hotel when we are in Orizaba. The beds are incredibly comfortable! The staff are friendly. The hotel is located in centro within easy walking distance of the river, the pedestrian area, lots of restaurants and shopping. Breakfast is good, too.

Nice rooms, Location and parking onsite were great! The breakfast buffet -- if you wait until you arrive to pay for the buffet at check in the cost will be a little lower. the cost for meals otherwise seemed a bit steep, especially the roof top bar/ restaurant. So we did not do those. Staff were good. Plenty of dining options nearby. We were probably the only gringos in all of Orizaba! LOL But we loved the town & will return on our travels again :)

Beds are bad you sink in it, they need better mattresses and they don’t know what customer service is, the hotel manager for the entire week we had to stay there locks professionalism.
