Beds are bad you sink in it, they need better mattresses and they don’t know what customer service is, the hotel manager for the entire week we had to stay there locks professionalism. We stay here every time we are going through Orizaba. From Arizona to Cozumel, it's the most comfortable bed on our trip! The staff are friendly and professional, and the hotel is located in the perfect place to explore Orizaba on foot.

Los cuartos están muy reducidos en espacio, así también el cuarto de baño y el lavabo está muy corto del piso, es muy incómodo para cuando se lava manos o la cara. Yo personalmente le he comentado a los empleados en el lobby acerca de las toallas que están poniendo en los cuartos están muy usadas ya que están muy delgadas y no se ven blancas. No corresponde al tipo de hotel de 3 o más estrellas que es anunciado en medios.
