Our property is located in Agios Georgios village. It is a two level, four bedroom house, with seaview, garden and direct access to the sandy beach of Agios Georgios.

Groundfloor details:
There is a living room with a long dining table for 8 people, a sofa, two highchairs, a 43inch FullHD tv, a fireplace. The kitchen is also located on groundfloor and is FULLY equiped. Finally, there is a bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower.

First floor details:
A bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower is located on the floor. The particular bedroom has a balcony with view towards the sea and the garden. There are two more rooms on the floor, with bunk beds, ideal for four children. If requested a cot is available. These two bedrooms share a shower room and a wc and have acccess to the front balcony with view towards the road the frontyard and the parking area. The first floor terrace is ideal to relax and has great view towards the sea, and the surrounding garden.

The most beautiful part of the property is the backyard, which has great seaview. There is a large table for 8, a small picnic table for 4 children, another low table and seats right above the beach, sunbeds and a large umbrella. There is enough space for your children to play with safety (a bamboo fence is surrounding the garden).
You may access the beach through the private staircase. The beach is sandy and clean, while the waters are shallow and relatively warm. Part of the beach has sunbeds and umbrellas (property of the nearby cafè).
