Tietoja SkalesVillas
Sijaitsee Almyros-alueella, kauniilla vihreällä oliivipuiden maisemalla, joten se on ihanteellinen niille, jotka haluavat ihailla saaren luonnollista kasvistoa, mutta eivät myöskään ole liian kaukana rannasta. Tämä upea, hiljattain kunnostettu huvila mahtuu 6 henkeä
Villa koostuu kahdesta tasosta.
Huvilan pohjakerroksessa on täysin varustettu keittiö sekä ruokapöytä ja olohuone. Lisäksi siinä on yksi makuuhuone.
Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on kirjoituspöytä, kaksi muuta makuuhuonetta, joissa on parveke ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta.
Ulkouima-alue, jossa oli oliivipuita, sisältää yksityisen uima-altaan, jossa on aurinkotuoleja, sateenvarjoja ja suihku, iso grilli, johon kuuluu myös kreikkalainen perinteinen puulämmitteinen uuni, ulkona ruokailutila ja viisi autolle tilaa.

MAKUUHUONEET
Yksi makuuhuone erillisillä vuoteilla sijaitsee huvilan pohjakerroksessa.
Toinen makuuhuone erillisillä vuoteilla sijaitsee ensimmäisessä kerroksessa, ja siinä on myös parveke merinäköalalla ja uima-altaalla.
Kolmas makuuhuoneessa on parivuode ja se sijaitsee myös ensimmäisessä kerroksessa, ja siinä on myös parveke merelle ja uima-altaalle.
Kaikissa huoneissa on ilmastointi ja lämmitysjärjestelmä.

KYLPYHUONEET
Yksi kylpyhuone kylpyammeella sijaitsee pohjakerroksessa.
Toinen suurempi kylpyhuone kylpyammeella ja pesukone sijaitsee ensimmäisessä kerroksessa. Tässä kylpyhuoneessa on myös parveke upealla vuoristomaisemilla.

OLOHUONE RUOKASALI
Olohuoneessa on kaksi sohvaa, sohvapöytä ja yksi LCD-TV satelliittikanavilla.
Moderni ruokapöytä, jossa on 6 tuolia, sijaitsee avokeittiö ja olohuone.

KEITTIÖ
Täysin varusteltu avokeittiö, jossa on kaapit, tarvittavat astiat, keittovastukset, pannut, jääkaappi, liesi ja uuni, astianpesukone, vedenkeitin, mikroaaltouuni ja kahvinkeitin.

UIMA-ALLAS
Ulkouima-allas, jota ympäröivät oliivipuut, on aurinkotuoleja ja -varjoja. Tarjolla on myös erilliset pyyhkeet uima-altaalle.

RANTA
Villa sijaitsee 600 metrin päässä hiekkarannalta ja rauhalliselta Almyros-rannalta.

Excellent stay in Skales Villa for 10 days in August 2024 (2 adults, 2 children). Spotlessly clean (cleaner came 3 times during our stay which was great!) and Villa had all the amenities are provided for a lovely stay in Corfu. We loved the swimming pool at the Villa and also the local beach was fantastic (peaceful and unbelievable sunset viewing spot, walkable in 10-15 minutes). Villa was also close to lots of nearby shops / supermarkets (only a few minutes in a car) so very convenient location for all your needs. Only suggestion would be that the bathrooms could be updated as they looked a little bit tired compared with the rest of the property which is all very nicely furnished. The property is also on a relatively busy main road so there is a bit of noise from that (we just put music on by the pool so it didn’t really bother us). Owner was also very responsive to communications and always contactable (fixing things / providing recommendations) which was great.

Villa is 10 minute walk to nearest beach and 20 to town centre. Has everything you need. Could do with a little love, fridge door was rusty as was some radiators and the bath plughole was blocked so the bath filled up as you had a shower. Pool area is great. Road noise was an issue for us.

Lovely, relaxing holiday in Corfu

In line with other reviews, the Villa is exactly as described and everything you need for a relaxing holiday in Corfu. Beds are super comfy and the outside area and pool is large and well kept. Whilst a car is useful for supermarket visits and excursions, the villa is well located to visit restaurants in Acharavi (25 mins walk) and Almyros (15 mins walk). It is also only 5 mins walk to the lovely local beach. Host is helpful and easy to contact from first booking to departure.

Beautiful Villa with amazing outdoor facilities

We have just returned from our stay at Villa Skales (17th - 27th June). We had a really great week together with three older teenagers. The villa was lovely - clean, fresh and welcoming, it was nicely furnished and the layout worked perfectly for us (open plan, with a good kitchen and seating area). It was equipped with everything and more that we would have needed. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was welcome, and it was really appreciated that Martha came to clean (fresh towels etc) twice whilst we stayed. The gardens around the villa are beautiful and really made the stay - we enjoyed using the two outside eating areas & outdoor kitchen - and the pool and the sun bed area were great for us all. The villa is not overlooked and is surrounded by greenery and trees - it is well set back from the sometimes busy road at the front and the connecting villa is discretely screened from the gardens. We walked and used Petra's Cocktail Bar's beach sunbeds in Almiros each day (free if you are a customer at the bar/restaurant). We had very good meals at all of the local taverna's we visited which were within walking distance from the villa. We had hired a car, which was good to see more of the island, and handy for supermarket trips, but other than that, we were able to walk everywhere. Thank you again for a really relaxing break.

Idyllisch ruhig und trotzdem nicht weit zum Meer

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Wenn etwas defekt war wurde es schnell ausgetauscht. Der Herd ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und warm Wasser gibt es in Abhängigkeit vom Sonnenschein. Das Ferienhaus ist ideal für 2 bis 4 Personen. Der Garten ist mit Liebe angelegt einschließlich dem tollen Pool.

Fabulous break in Corfu

As a group of five, we chose Skales Villas because of the exceptional outdoor space. We were not disappointed. The pool was sensational, so clean and well kept, while the garden had plenty of spots to lounge around. There are three different areas where you can eat, one of them always in the shade, plus a wonderful BBQ area. Inside there are 3 spacious double bedrooms (one downstairs) and more than enough space in the living room and kitchen. The bedrooms had AC which was well needed. The smart TV had Netflix / Amazon / Disney etc. The villa is also well placed to get to the beach, a 2 min car drive or 15 min walk, and there are enough restaurants, cafes and tavernas close by that you can leave the car at the villa to enjoy that all important last Metaxa! Driving in to Acharavi for supplies is also very easy. Food wise, we liked Petra Beach Bar (take some Mozzie spray though), Woody's (we rated this as the best atmosphere) and Maistro (this provided us with our best meal...the lamb kleftiko was sensational). The owner was easy to contact and also checked in on us to see if all was well. Plus the villa was cleaned and towels changed mid-way through which was a nice touch. The villa is just off a main road so there is some car noise, not that it worried us at all. We were too busy having fun.

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und ordentlich, die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut. Die Zwischenreinigungen sind super und mehr als gründlich. Nur die Nähe zur viel befahrenen Verbindungstraße zwischen Acharavi ind Kassiopi könnte für Menschen mit eine absoluten Ruhebedürfnis etwas nachteilig sein, aber für uns gerne wieder.

Traumhaftes Anwesen, sehr gepflegt und ideal für den Sommer- Urlaub in Griechenland. Gut geeignet für Familien mit Kindern. Wir haben uns auch zu zweit sehr wohl in dem großzügigen Haus gefühlt. Besonders erwähnenswert ist das herzliche Willkommen durch Marta, die gute Seele des Hauses- und das, obwohl es schon sehr späte Nacht war. DANKESCHÖN!

We had a very nice week in the middle of July 2021. The house is optimally furnished and the host was always immediately available for queries. The pool is first class, the garden very beautiful and spacious. We liked the surroundings very much, especially the nearby beach of Almyros with its pleasant and relaxed beach bars.

Amazing villa in a quiet location of Corfu

The villa itself is really nice and has everything you need for a great stay. As the sea was still a bit cold during our stay we could at least relax in the pool of the villa, which is supernice! The pictures definitely reflect the reality of the villa. Huge outdoor terrain with lots of outdoor sitting and relaxing possibilities. The host of the villa (Alkiviadis) and his cleaning pearl Martha were just adorable and super helpful in every matter. Very reactive to any question we might have had. Thanks again for everything, hopefully to be repeated soon!

Great place for families and larger groups

We spent a week in the house and enjoyed our stay very much. The pros: - amazing pool and great garden - great BBQ area - nice house with ample parking - close to the beach (walking distance) which when we were there was always super empty. It's mostly sandy. - great and always available host - you get everything you need from the get-go; a little bit of stuff in the fridge (never had someone do that before!), towels for the pool, free stuff such as dish washing tabs, soap, mosquito detterrants etc. which reminds me more of a hotel at times - a lot of seating opportunities in the yard with lots of shady places The cons: - fairly close to a relatively busy street (at high speeds); it's not super bothersome (not really an issue during the night) but it is noticable - it could be a tad cleaner; always depends on your expectation but especially if you travel with small kids, it's not ideal (or wasnt in our case - maybe a special circumstance, dont know) Would absolutely recommend this place.

Beautiful villa and grounds

This is a stylish modern villa in so much beautiful outdoor space. Gorgeous big pool, wonderful outdoor BBQ area and 10 mins walk or 2 mins drive to Almyros Beach. Alkis met us and showed us around, and how various things worked like the air conditioning. He was very very helpful and asked regularly if there was anything he could do to help (like arrange for Ioanna to clean the villa half way through the week. North Corfu has some stunning bays, and divine tavernas - and the owners were so happy to welcome British tourists because of Covid. We absolutely loved our stay here - thank you so much. PS the bathrooms are a little dated compared to the rest of the sleek modern property - not a problem for us, they just didn’t seem to match the rest of the villa!

Perfect vacation

We visited the house with a group of six people and really enjoyed our vacation. Alkis has contacted me and asked me if everything is fine for us which I liked a lot since he took care of us very well. All our questions were answered very fast and I believe there is no better service possible. Big thanks to his cleaning lady who was very friendly and did a perfect job.

Lovely villa in a great location

This villa was a real gem, better than the online photos, perfect for our adult family. The pool was spotlessly clean and just the right size for the beautiful garden. We loved that we could easily walk to the beach, to plenty if beach tavernas but also just 15 minutes to the town. We drove over the island with no problems although some of the roads are pretty rough. On arrival we missed the villa as it is set back slightly and is in fact a semi detached villa with the other half unoccupied and awaiting renovation. We were promptly rescued by Alkiviadis, the owner! This was great for us as we had real privacy, great facilities and working air con in the bedrooms! The only thing that could be improved was the erratic hot water in the showers which did heat to scalding/ or cold( no issue for us but could be for kids) Overall this was a fantastic week in the sun in a really good villa, well worth the money. Geschmackvolles Haus mit gepflegtem Garten

Wir (3 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) haben in dieser Villa 10 Tage während der Osterferien verbracht und haben uns vor allem wegen modernen Designs und der Nähe zum Meer für dieses Haus entschieden. Die Aufteilung war für uns optimal: -unten 1 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad, Wohnbereich, Küche und Essbereich - oben 2 Schlafzimmer und ein großes Bad. Das gesamte Haus ist hell, freundlich und sehr sauber und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet . Der große gepflegte Garten mit Pool und mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten ist sensationell , vor allem der Außen-Grillbereich, den wir gerne genutzt haben. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Alkis empfangen. Eine große Schale und andere Kleinigkeiten haben wir vorgefunden, wir wurden mit Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants versorgt und bei Fragen bekamen wir immer sofort eine Antwort. Wir haben schon oft in Ferienwohnungen oder Häusern gewohnt und können hier sagen, dass alles gepasst hat. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt

erholsamer Urlaub in schöner Villa

das neu renovierte Haus ließ keine Wünsche offen, 3x innerhalb von 14 Tagen Komplettreinigung mit frischen Handtüchern und Bettwäsche, super Service. Wunderbarer sauberer Pool und schöne Außenanlage. Einziger Wermutstropfen waren die vielen Moskitos in der Dämmerung und die doch sehr nahe Strasse, welche schon sehr befahren ist. Trotzdem absolut weiter zu empfehlen.

Beautiful place to relax

It is a gorgeous villa approptiate for 6 persons. The house was absolutely clean and all things you need for the first days were at place. The space is on a grand scale and enough place for all guests. The beach is not far away and also the town for shopping. The owner Alkiviadis is very, very friendly and helpful. We spent great Holiday at the villa and can recommend it.

Fantastic villa with lovely outdoor space

We enjoyed everything about this villa. It was extremely clean when we arrived, the owner met us and explained everything. The pool and outdoor space were very clean and well maintained and we spent most of our time outside. The outdoor cooking area is fantastic and most nights we had a BBQ. It is also in a nice quiet location, but the town is a very quick drive, or 15 minute walk away. I would highly recommend this villa

Great villa

Great villa, beautiful garden and pool. Good communication, attentive and very friendly support. Attractive location close to uncrowded beach (in May) with nice tavernas.
