(ii) Private Chef is available upon request subject to availability for a fee.

(iiii) Personal Trainer is available upon request subject to availability for a fee.

(iv) This property will not accommodate parties, events, or large gatherings without pre-approval of owner.

(v) Only the registered number of guests are allowed to stay at the property.

(vi) The tennis court is semi private and its use is on a first come first served basis.

(vii) Please inform the property of your expected arrival time in advance.

Kalami / Kouloura represent one of the best holiday destinations in Corfu. Civilized yet unspoiled, the area is half way along one of Corfu’s most beautiful stretches of coast. The area is covered mainly by private villas and holiday homes. As it flanks the main road, it also makes it an ideal location to commence exploring the whole of the north Corfu by bus, car, or motor bike.



Exclusive Kalami and Kouloura offer fine dining, blue-flag beaches, wooded headlands combined with dense ocean of trees, while only being a short drive away from Kassiopi, other beach resorts, ample picturesque Corfiot villages, and numerous significant religious destinations.

The informed traveler tends to stay on Corfu's north-east coast, where our villa is located and where similarly most of the elite choose to unwind. One can find tiny fishing villages to eat. Rent a boat and wonder to some of Corfu’s most scenic coves, such as Erimitis, Kerasia, Agni, and Kalami. These pastoral bays still resemble the 'delectable landscape' that Lawrence Durrell fell for in the 1930s. One may venture inland to the UNESCO heritage site of Old Perithia, an enchanting, abandoned village with footpaths, honey producers, and tavernas that specialize in local dishes and delicacies!



The cosmopolitan capital is a charming clash of Venetian, British and French colonial influences. A place where evenings kick off with cocktails on the Liston (a colonnade modelled on Paris's rue de Rivoli), followed by dinner at one of the many outstanding restaurants in the confines of the island’s other designated UNESCO Heritage site of Old Corfu Town.



Getting around:

Everything is very easily accessible on foot while in Kalami / Kouloura. It is absolutely lovely to walk around and view.



If you wish to leave Kalami / Kouloura and explore the remainder of the island, we can arrange private transportation. Alternatively, we can direct you to the public bus options available. Whatever the desired mode of transport, you have the optionality to explore other villages, beaches, sights, and regions throughout our beautiful island. The airport is 29km away by car. Corfu port is 27.3km away by car. And Corfu town is 28.8km away by car.
