The breathtaking new luxury villa of 340m2 is located in a fantastic place in Peloponnese, called Fragkolimano close to the ancient Epidaurus and only 1h and 15 min from Athens. It has an unblocked view to the Saronic golf and each islands.

The first level has 2 big bedrooms with bathrooms, a TV room with Netflix and a kitchenette.
The second level has a big living room with unblocked sea view, an inner dinning area, a WC and the main kitchen which is fully equipped with Smeg appliances and gas hobs. All equipment is brand new.
The third level has a big master bedroom with walk in closet and a bathroom. On the same level there is also a second bedroom with bathroom.

The villa has a big private overflow pool with sea water and outdoor furniture from Tribu.

You can enjoy the magnificent sunsets, surrounded by tranquil and beautifully landscaped gardens creating an oasis of their own.
