I loved the whole vibe of this hotel! The lobby bar is a bonus! The rooms were cute and clean. We especially loved the staff! Charlotte, at the reception desk was so pleasant, friendly, and very professional, she was really helpful with all our questions! She was so patient with us. Lauren, was so kind, and professional as well, I felt, I was talking with a friend. Ricky, was a great bartender, and told us a lot of great history about the area, and gave us a great recommendation, where to hear wonderful local music! Our experience was just lovely! We wish we could have stayed longer! I would recommend this hotel, and would return, when we can!

Nice stylish modern hotel. I've never been in a hotel that had no closets nor table space. I guess this works for the modern generation. I look for certain things, but not a big deal for a 2 night stay. I do appreciate getting a disabled accessible room and that really helped a lot. Thank you very much to the staff of Moxy.

Everything was great except the parking which was super dicey. The covered lot had no spaces and very tight. The gravel lot was also tight w not many spaces and you get boxed in.

Fun Hotel

Check in staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean and had a fun vibe. My only disappointment was we tried to cancel our second night as our travel plans changed and the manager refused because it was “too hard to issue a third party refund”. I knew it was not a guarantee we could cancel the second night I just felt the reason that it was too hard for her was not very customer friendly.

Disaster

As a badge of the Marriott brand. This just should not get it. So we checked in and asked what time the bar stopped serving food. And we were told 9 pm. But when we went down at 8:45, who told the kitchen was already closed. Fair enough. These things happen. Breakfast next morning was just a disaster. For 10 minutes, there was no food then for the next 10 minutes, there was no cutlery and for the 10 minutes after that, there were no plates. Whoever was running this place just before Christmas needs to review their career choices.
