Disappointed stay at Comfort Inn Corner Brook.

This is the extension of the first 7 days. The coffeemaker in the lobby was still not in service after 9 days. Large and deep potholes in the driveway]/parking area remained.

Less than impressed]!!

Rooms cleaned on demand only. I stayed for 9 days. Requested to have the room cleaned on the 4th day on my way out for the day, and discovered that their cleaners were apparently all booked, and my room won't get cleaned the next day. I had some scheduling problem, initially booked for 7 days, but later had to add 2 more days. I addressed this when I checked in, and then on no less than 3 different occasions, that I would really like to just stay in the same room instead of changing rooms on the 8th day. This was as recent as the 7th evening when I returned from the day out. The response from front desk was that if that's not okay, I would hear from them. On the 8th day, on our way out at around 10AM, I tried to confirm with front desk that I assume all was okay. Then found out that I had to check out then check in again after 3!! Furthermore, the middle aged lady sitting at the back, appeared to be in charge, chimed in that we had to check out because the room we stayed in was for 7 days, and it would be taken by another guest. The bottom line was we had to return to our room to check out. To check in later for our additional 2 days. The manner she delivered the message was cold and even hostile, as it was obviously our fault we booked like that - which it was. Thanks for your help lady!!!

We stayed at the Comfort Inn in Corner Brook and found it to be a clean, comfortable, and reliable place to spend the night. The location is excellent — close to restaurants, shopping, and with easy access to the highway for day trips around the west coast. Our room was tidy and well-kept, with comfortable beds and all the essentials. The staff were welcoming and efficient, making check-in and check-out quick and easy. Overall, a solid choice for travelers looking for a dependable and comfortable stay in Corner Brook. We would book again.

Stayed 2 nights .. Arrived at hotel nearly 2 am with two kids. Got to room door, key wouldnt work. Had to go down to front desk to get card activated. Came back up, one of beds had all the bed clothes stripped. Went to front desk again. Staff member seemed confused. No regular rooms left. Gave as an “emergency room” where the TV didnt work. The morning we left, my partner went to use the iron and ironing board. The board was there but no iron.. Will only stay again if there is nothing else left in the city
