Nothing was spared to make this home a comfortable location to enjoy indoors and outdoors as your family lounges by the large private pool. Beach-goers are also close to the ocean and have access to the free trolley service that can bring guests back-and-forth during business hours (June through August). [Note: No dogs or other animals are allowed in this home.]

TOP LEVEL:
The open concept design allows for large family gatherings with a vaulted ceiling great room, flat-screen TV, and a large sectional sofa with 2 nearby armchairs. The Ships Watch has a small desk if a guest needs some space for computer work. The Dining table is for 8, kitchen island for 3, and a small table for 2 — totaling 13 seats. . Sliding doors bring guests outside to a furnished screened porch that has a couch and chairs for enjoying the outdoors, while being shaded from the summer sun. The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a standalone beverage center for chilling drinks as well as freeing up space in the fridge for other groceries. A farmhouse sink is deep and handy for meal prep and fast clean-ups. A King Master Suite is on this level which also has deck access; its master bath has 2 sinks and a tiled shower. Stairs down to the mid level come to a landing where a half bath is located.

MID LEVEL:
There are 4 bedrooms on this level: a King Master Suite has sliding doors that access the front porch and its master bath has 2 sinks with a tiled shower. Another bedroom, designed for kids, has a Pyramid Bunk (twin over double) and a Bunk Bed set. This bedroom shares a hall bath (shower/tub combo) with a Queen bedroom that has a door to access the back deck. The Queen Master Suite also has a door to the back deck and its master bath has a shower. There are no TVs in these mid level bedrooms.

GROUND LEVEL:
A King Master Suite has a door to access the back pool deck. Its master bath has 2 sinks and a tiled shower. The Lounge has sectional couch and armchair for watching a favorite program or movie. A retro 1980's arcade game table offering more than 400 games has been added (new picture to come). The outdoor features include a fenced-in pool area around the private pool that measures 20' x 40' (pool heat available for an additional fee; pool open May to mid-October), a 6-person hot tub and a gas grill. Guests can use one enclosed garage. There is parking for 4-5 vehicles in the driveway.

EXTRAS:
As guests within The Currituck Club, a premier-gated community and resort, your family can use its various amenities including free trolley service to the beach access and beach valet service (summer months only), a Clubhouse with on-site dining, a large community pool with kiddie pool at the main entrance, a Fitness Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball. There are planned kids' activities offered during the summer and paths for walking and bike riding. Golfers in the family can make reservations to play the 18-hole course that is landscaped throughout the resort with sound and ocean views.
