The Space:

Come on to the Bright Side of the Road! This spacious, multi-level beach home is the perfect retreat for families or groups looking to relax and unwind by the coast. Just a quick 4 minute walk to the beach, you’ll be close enough to enjoy the sand and surf anytime you like. On the top level, you’ll find a cozy living room with a flat-screen TV, a desk for catching up on emails or journaling your trip, and access to the deck, perfect for enjoying that fresh salt air. The kitchen features a breakfast bar with seating for three and opens to a dining area with space for six, making it easy to gather for meals. A convenient half bath is also located on this floor.The mid level offers two King primary bedrooms, each with its own flat-screen TV and private en suite bathroom. You’ll also find a washer and dryer on this floor, so keeping up with laundry during your stay is a breeze.On the ground level, there’s a queen bedroom with a flat-screen TV and a full hall bathroom. For a change of pace, walk Corolla Light’s scenic 1-mile soundfront nature trail and be captivated by striking daytime views and spectacular sunsets. Immediately adjacent to Corolla Light Resort, you can climb the Currituck Lighthouse for sweeping views of the Outer Bank or visit Historic Corolla Park for its beautiful grounds, crabbing opportunities, three museums, weekly Wednesday 5k runs, and Cork-&-Craft event featuring local wine, beer, live music, and artisans. Also adjacent to the resort, there are numerous shops, restaurants, eateries, and mini golf in the Corolla Light town center. And don’t forget to book your ticket for a 4x4 tour to see Corolla’s famous resident Wild Banker Mustangs, a uniquely Corolla experience.



Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.

Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
