The house backyard is equipped with kayaks and a standup paddle board for exploring the lake. Enjoy all your favorite outdoor games with a bonus room opening to the backyard with a beverage fridge. The first level deck offers a covered area with hot tub overlooking the lake and rocking chairs for relaxing. A quick 3 block walk to the beach, take advantage of a large beach cart and a generous selection of beach toys and chairs.
