The parking area was a bit small but all around area was really nice. The attached restaurant had great food and surrounding areas had plenty of other restaurants and shops close by. I would stay in this hotel again.

We had a great stay. Crown City Inn is walkable to the ocean and the bay where you can take a ferry over to San Diego. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is cute. It had a very comfy bed and pillows. Room was cleaned every day. Only problem was that some nights, some kind of motor was left running which was noisy and made it difficult to sleep. Had a nice restaurant. The location was great. Easy walk to ferry and Del Coronado

Very nicely updated classic motel. The Bistro attached was a nice bonus, wonderful food. The people were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Coronado.

I was pleasantly surprised. I attended a conference at the Hotel del Coronado and all surrounding hotels were booked. I was lucky to find the Crown City Inn but was skeptical since it was a motel-like property but it was truly a lucky find and I will definitely return.

Great for the money

Great location and great price for Coronado. Clean and convenient, had everything I needed. Safe. Fairly quiet. No frills and no resort fee. Would stay here again. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and water in the lobby. Check-in was easy and staff was friendly. If you're snobby about hotels or are not planning to leave your room, you probably won't like. So go spend $500/night at the del.

This is an older style 2 storey motel. However, all the rooms have been fully renovated and are very comfortable. Shower has good pressure, bed was comfy, good size fridge, good size TV, ....The room has a modern looking vibe . However , room is smallish, but does the trick. Nice location. Pool fully renovated. Fresh coffee in the office. I would stay here again. Parking is also free.

Very cool quaint hotel. Loved every aspect of Crown City Inn! The rooms are nice, great service, ample parking, very quiet...excellent amenities as well. Heated pool, free coffee, daily housekeeping, free bike rentals, I could go on. I'll definitely be back!!
