Make yourself at home at this splendid three-story resort home located in the luxurious Palmilla Beach Resort and Golf Community! Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. You can take a dip and cool off from the sun or lounge poolside and catch some rays while sipping your favorite drink from the only swim-up bar in Port Aransas. Stay in shape at the fitness center, or stroll across the Dune Crossover Bridge and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. For golf enthusiasts, the Golf Pro Shop offers everything you need for a fun day on the greens.

When you return to your majestic home away from home, you will discover a lovely porch swing for outside relaxation and a first floor with beautifully appointed coastal-themed bedrooms. The primary suite enjoys a smart TV, access to a covered porch with seating, and a luxe en suite bath. The remaining bedrooms share a full bathroom and have a smart TV for additional convenience and entertainment. The bedrooms also feature blackout shades, so you can have a restful sleep any time of day. Outside of the first floor, you will find an outdoor shower.

You'll find a spacious and bright open floor plan as you approach the second floor. This light-filled space combines the kitchen, living room, and dining area into one - perfect for entertaining. Kick your feet up and unwind peacefully in the welcoming living room, furnished with seaside decor and comfortable sofas in front of a smart TV with surround sound. The adjoining open kitchen is a chef's paradise with modern stainless steel appliances and an attached laundry room with a washer/dryer. The kitchen also offers a griddle, air fryer, and bullet blender, making mealtime a breeze. Spend your evenings chilling on the covered deck featuring a lounge area and speakers - it's ideal for enjoying the breeze and taking in the views. The garage features a foosball table and ice maker.

The upper level boasts a private bunk bedroom with a huge smart TV, a small table, a reading nook, and a height-adjustable working desk with a wireless printer.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
