Tastefully decorated Port Aransas condo, has 2 balconies and front stoop with seating to watch the ships pass by over looking the swimming pool, boat slips and private fishing pier. This condo is located on the second floor with no elevator access. Tile floors, stainless appliances, comfy sofa sleeper in the living area. One full restroom on each floor. All bedrooms on 3rd floor. Interior connected by spiral staircase. Close to restaurants, fishing, beach, and night life. Sorry, no pets allowed as of 6/13/24. Parking for 2 vehicles. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking
