Rooms are adequate. Most staff were super friendly and accommodating. We ran into one growler, but just change our plans to avoid. Hot tub nice. Pool very nice. Location great.

Several accommodating features had changed ...I was advised its under new management so felt like something was missing from the experience from when I was there several years ago. I had several issues occur during check-in however finally got to the room that we paid for. We went out to eat and a few other places and then when I actually went to lay down in the room, the bed was so old and the springs went all the way down to hard base of the bed that I could not even sleep on it. I tried the bed in the other room however was the same. I do not have the best back so my husband and I actually left the room and traveled back home that evening se we didn't even use the room we paid for or stayed in Port A. Sadly it was not a good experience. The location is great however I would absolutely recommend new beds and a friendly check-in atmosphere if they want their guests to return. Thank you

Fridge, microwave were very dirty on the doors. Bathroom corners by floor were dirty. Last time we stayed, we had a room on the other side that was much nicer. Not sureee if we want to stay there again.

Not Awesome.

Pros: Location is great; it’s right on Alister Street which runs right thru the main part of Port A. The price was OK. Being pet friendly was the best part. Cons: Dead bugs on the walls. Not given blankets; literally a tablecloth as the “comforter.” The TV kept breaking. The window was broken and you could slide it right out of the wall, meaning even with the window locked, you could still get in the room. No noise blocking, you could hear someone swallow in the next room. The towels and sheets were sour, like they were left in the washing machine for two days before drying. The pillows were so thin, that if you stacked all 6 together, you’d have half of a regular pillow. It was just highly uncomfortable and a place I’ll never stay at again or ever recommend to anyone else.
