Poor parking - lots of thorns - high grass lots of trash under the bed. No glass plate in microwave No batteries in smoke alarms Lots of mold on shore curtains - tiny bugs everywhere AND LOTS MORE I TOOK PICTURES

The bed was real hard. It was clean. The website show a pier and a lite one, but it only goes part of the way down and no light at all. Ac was great, parking was fine. No problems with staff. It was just a one night stay. I drove to the pier at the park to fish. Caught speckled trout’s, that was fun.

The staff were very friendly. I was able to walk to the ocean just across the street and there was a little pier. The fulton mansion was just right next door. It wasn't fancy but it was cozy and the price was right.

Needs Updated and Good Cleaning

The lady during check-in was very friendly and nice. The check-in office was very messy and smelled bad. There were bags of what appeared to be dirty laundry stacked inside the check-in area. Someone had put fish in a trash can next to our cottage and the smell was horrible. The bathroom smelled very strong of urine, there was only half roll of toilet tissue, and the mirror was dirty.

Not my place to stay in Rockport, Tx

Place was nice across from waterfront. That is best point. Overall just not well kept up. Had a couple of dirty towels. Soap and shampoo offered was miniscule. Stayed three days and no room service. In my room, the AC was basically over my head over the bed. Could not use TV. Owner said it was a Smart TV and people kept putting their own info. Won't be back. Won't recommend.

The place is in an excellent location. It is quiet and accesible to everything. It just needs renovations. AC works wonders has refrigerator and mico.

I booked online which I made the mistake I thought it was in Port A tried to cancel and they said they would not refund so I drove over to the place to see if I could make it work. It was filthy outside trash every where definitely not a safe environment to have kids or even for an adult The pictures are not real pictures not sure when they staged them but it looks nothing like the pictures the office was trashed and had a horrible smell the lady wouldn’t let me even look in the room had i have got to I would have taken pictures to show what they really look like because the outside was nothing like them. I had to get another room and they still drafted my account Do not I repeat do not rent from this place ever Strange men outside a couple of the places look lived in with the way the outside looked. My daughter and I both got a horrible feeling instantly pulling in the property.
