As you enter the condo from the Bayside, the BD1) is directly to your right, it has a queen, and a twin bed with a pull-out twin trundle bed, nightstand, lamp, small chest, TV with WIFI, and a closet. Back in the hallway to the right again is BD2) with 2 twin-size beds, a nightstand, lamp, small chest, closet, TV w/ WIFI, and Spectrum cable. Between the two bedrooms is BA1) it is complete with a tub/shower combo and granite sink.
Across the hall is the spacious laundry room, with a full-size washer & dryer for your use. Down the hall to your right is the half bath. The kitchen is all decked out in sleek stainless steel appliances and both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig.
The sizable dining table has seating for 8, with additional seating at the bar with 2 barstools. The living area is furnished very comfortably with 2 reclining loveseats, a coffee table, a side chair, TV w/ WIFI and Spectrum cable.
BD2) The master is across from the living area set up in an open concept, there is an accordion-style door that slides across for privacy. There is a king-size bed, nightstands, lamps, a chest for clothing, and a walk-in closet right inside the ensuite full bath. This master bath has a walk-in shower and a sink with a beautiful granite countertop.
The patio facing the ocean can be accessed thru sliding glass doors in the master bedroom or the living area. The views on this patio are so relaxing, listen to the ocean waves, and hear the seagulls as they fly overhead. From here you can see the sand dunes and the water & waves of the Gulf of Mexico.
There is a pool and hot tub that is open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. with loungers and pergolas. The pool ranges from 3 ft. to 8 Ft. and has an upper and lower pool. The hot tub is in a fenced area of the pool that is 3 Ft. deep.
There are trash chutes on each floor that you are asked not to throw thrash in after 10 p.m. or before 8 a.m.
To get to the beach there is a short boardwalk with lights, ramps, and benches on the right side of the building.
On the left side is a fish cleaning station to clean your catch of the day. The parking lot has handicapped and guest parking right out front.
The overhang at the front of the building is for loading and unloading.
If you have boats, trailers, or Jet Ski's they need to be parked on the west side of the parking lot.
