Upstairs is a charming primary bedroom that has an updated bath and King bed! Downstairs offers an open floor plan. You will find a queen bedroom with ensuite bath. The second downstairs sleeping area has a queen with a full bath steps away. There are 2 sleeper sofas in the living room. One is a full size and one is a twin for a little one. The kitchen which is equipped with modern appliances and electronics. There is a stack-able washer and dryer in the unit. - This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 small pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
