- Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, no cats please. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog.

- Port Aransas is constantly evolving with ongoing construction, building projects, and community improvements. While we can't guarantee a completely quiet stay, these efforts help make the area even better for residents and visitors alike. Keep in mind that island life comes with seasonal pests like mosquitoes. To help keep them at bay, our properties receive professional pest control treatments every month.

- Please be aware that because Port Aransas is a unique coastal community, cable and Wi-Fi connectivity might be unpredictable. Thank you for acknowledging that we have no control over these services. Service interruptions will not qualify for any discounts or reimbursements.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.



- Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:

- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.

- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.

- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.



The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!

My husband and I recently spent a weekend here. The cute little cottage was perfect for the two of us. The check-in process was nice easy and smooth everything was done online which made everything simple. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking somewhere quiet to stay as a couple centrally located on the island.

Location is good. Walking distance from many restaurants, shops and even grocery store. Very tight property. Property had no outside water hookup for a hose, making it quite difficult to follow house rules of cleaning of dirt/sand before entering. The bathroom is tiny, anyone under 6ft with a very petite frame would fit comfortably. We struggled as midsized people. NO LAUNDRY, not even in the “community area”. Zero internet or tv access, even tried brining our our Roku. BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS FROM HOME TO SHOWER. Also recommend brining a rug/ mat for floors. Ideal for a couple with dogs or small YOUNG family ( children under 7). It’s also very exposed with not privacy areas to relax no shade. Good place to sleep, eat, change clothes, or read a book.

The start of spring break

We really enjoyed our three nights stay. It was the perfect size and very clean my kids love that it was within walking distance to ice cream and we will definitely come back and stay again.
