Even closer to home, wake up each morning with coffee on your shady balcony, then head downstairs to soak up some sun at the complex pool. If you’re craving city life, all the shops, restaurants, attractions, and amenities of central Corpus Christi are around 10 miles away, and if you’d rather spend the day in nature, Mustang Island State Park is four miles north, and Padre Island National Seashore is four miles south.

Inside, the living space is bright and modern, with an open layout, lots of natural light, and space to relax. Whip up family favorite recipes in the full kitchen, then serve up your culinary creations at the breakfast bar or window-front dining table. After a day in or on the water, cool off in the central AC while any laundry gets a quick refresh in the washer/dryer. Watch a bit of TV, use the free WiFi to scroll social media, or step out to a local restaurant for dinner before calling it a night in either serene bedroom - another perfect beach day awaits tomorrow.

Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
