🌞 Pets Welcome! There will be a $75 fee per dog up to two dogs. 50 pounds max. Please, no cats.

You will be sent a 4 digit code prior to check in for the keypad.

We require that the guest booking the home signs a rental agreement.

We provide a few rolls of toilet paper and paper towels and a few trash bags to get you started but you will want to bring more if you will be staying for more than a few days. We also provide dishwasher pods, laundry pods, plenty of hand soap and dish soap.

Coffee: We have a drip coffee maker.

Towels: We do provide bath towels for the house but we ask that they stay at the house. We do provide a few beach towels but please also bring some of your own. We do have a washer/dryer onsite if you need to do laundry.

Parking: There is parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway. You may park a boat but it will take up one of the 4 spots.

Security Camera: There is a security camera at the front entrance only for your protection. Please do not tamper with the camera or the camera hub that is behind the TV console.

Bugs: We have a pest control company that comes to the property once a month. Unfortunately, because of the climate, roaches loves Port A and if you find one, please let us know immediately and we will have the pest control company come back out to spot treat.
