Cozy one bedroom with a separate kitchen/living room great for a couples get away or for a small family vacations. Great view of old town Port A from relaxing porch!! Walking distance to restaurants!!

Ideal location. Grocery store, restaurants, and beaches are minutes away. This was our second stay at this property. Check in and out was easy. Hosts are easy to reach and quick to respond to questions. Property may be a bit too cozy for some but a great value for the area. Looking forward to visiting again.

I think the first thing to note is that I would like to have known that there were so many steps to the rental. My mom is 76 and fairly active but if she wasn’t as capable, I would have been especially worried about the stairs. We got the key from the neighbor downstairs and he informed us that the thermostat was in his property and if we needed to change it we would need to come downstairs to tell him. Not terribly convenient. The space is tiny. It was fine for us as a landing spot but I can’t imagine how 4 people, or even 3 would comfortable be there. There was a spot on the floor on the side of the bed close to the mirror that looked like it needed to be cleaned - not a part of the unique way the treated the floor. It was nice to have the amenities that are listed but if you need more than 2 spoons, bring your own! It was very close to some fun places to check out.

Clean, cozy, and convenient. Our room is shared with the second floor resident but is a private quarters with a bathroom and small kitchen. There is also a private resident downstairs who is the contact for keys and has great recommendations. The place accommodates 4 but I would recommend no more than 2 adults and 2 children. 4 adults would be close quarters. Great for a couples stay. It's walking distance from almost everything.

Easy access to unit and it was Very clean very good location to restaurants and night life short golf cart ride to the beach and jetty’s we will definitely be back as we travel down to port A up to five times a year highly recommend Mrs Sarah was easy to get a hold of nothing was wrong with our stay just had some questions for her as she made sure we was comfortable in the unit

Super tiny efficiency, good location

Overall it's just a roof over your head. Couch is a futon that's terribly uncomfortable, bed not much better (my husband couldn't sleep because it sinks in the middle) and there's BARELY space to walk in this tiny efficiency. 2 stars.

Great little place in town

Great little place for 2 in town near bars and restaurants. It’s pretty small, so perfect for 2, but would be pretty cramped with 3 or 4. Has everything needed, AC, hot water, fridge, etc and clean!
