Sit back and relax with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. It's so relaxing to sit on the balcony listening to the waves break on the beach. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has updated stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, granite countertops, fully stocked kitchen with a drip coffee maker. A large laundry room with a washer & dryer for your use along with room for storage. The dining/living area is an open area with a large sliding glass door, that opens numerous ways to enjoy your view of the sand dunes and the water. The dining area has a large table with 6 chairs, and 2 car barstools for a quick snack at the bar facing the kitchen. The living area has two comfy oversized sofas and a very large screen TV complete with cable and Wi-Fi. BR1) The master bedroom adjoins the living area, with an accordion-style door to slide across for privacy. Complete with a queen size bed, nightstands, TV, a large closet, and an oversize chair to cuddle up in and enjoy the view out of the sliding glass doors. The ensuite full bath has a beautifully tiled walk-in shower with a built-in bench. BR2) Has 2 bunk beds with both twin over full and a closet. The second full bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
There is a pool and hot tub that is open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. with loungers and pergolas. The pool ranges from 3 ft. to 8 Ft. and has an upper and lower pool. The hot tub is in a fenced area of the pool that is 3 Ft. deep. There are trash chutes on each floor that you are asked not to throw trash in after 10 p.m. or before 8 a.m. To get to the beach there is a short boardwalk with lights, ramps, and benches on the right side of the building. On the left side is a fish cleaning station to clean your catch of the day. The parking lot has handicapped and guest parking right out front. The overhang at the front of the building is for loading and unloading. If you have boats, trailers, or Jet Ski's they need to be parked on the west side of the parking lot.

You will enjoy every minute sitting on the balcony, watch the sun rise in the morning, breath in the sea air during the day, watch the sunlight dance across the dunes and water as it sets behind you…. Don't Worry Beach Happy
