Enjoy the ocean breeze and peekaboo water views from the spacious deck with plenty of comfortable seating for the whole family, including an outdoor dining table and porch swing.

Inside you’ll find a cozy living area with rustic maritime décor, includes a smart TV where you can access all of your favorite entertainment. The sleek modern kitchen comes equipped with all the tools and space you need to prepare your favorite meals as well as a breakfast bar with seating for 4. The charming dining area has large windows to brighten your day while enjoying a family meal with seating for up to 6.

The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed, large smart TV and beautiful nautical décor. The master bathroom offers a duel sink vanity and duel walk in shower, as well as separate water closet for bathroom privacy. The second bedroom has a king bed and smart TV, as well as plenty of closet space to store all of the treasures you may find exploring the gulf coast. The colorful third bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunk beds for the kids to rest after a long day at the beach. The second bathroom is right off the living room and is shared between the second and third bedrooms, it offers a large walk in shower as well.

Downstairs you’ll find a quaint and stylish guest suite with a small kitchenette that has a mini fridge, Keurig, a small sink and cabinet space. The cozy living area has a sofa big enough for 3 and a large smart TV for all your entertainment needs. The dining area has luxurious nautical themed seating for up to 4 people to enjoy a meal together. The downstairs bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and dresser, as well as a smart TV. The guest suite also has a private restroom with a walk in shower and sleek modern vanity. Outside the guest suite you’ll find outdoor seating as well as an outdoor shower area to clean off after enjoying our community pool.

Just a short drive away is Downtown Rockport where you can find local favorites including unique shops, restaurants, bars and other entertainment. Get some sun and have some fun at Rockport Beach, featuring a 800 ft pier, large pavilions, volleyball nets, picnic tables and BBQ pits. Rockport also offers seasonal carnivals and events right on the water, to create an unforgettable tropical vacation experience.
