The house was very clean. The pier wasn’t in the best condition but the location was great. The weather really wouldn’t have allowed for us to use the pier anyway so it wasn’t an issue. The house had all the necessities plus some regarding supplies for cleaning and kitchen utensils. I would recommend leaving instructions regarding trash day and where to put the trash can as the driveway is very long. The house is definitely one of the better ones I have stayed in though overall.

Biethday weekend

We came to celebrate my best friends husband's birthday. He enjoys fishing so what better place than rock port. We brough the kida and our uncle whom also enjoys fishing. They caught alot of fish between them all. The place was perfect for us all lots of space. We had a great family dinner together and enjoyed some of the fish they caught for breakfast. We would definitely keep this place on our return list.

Great view, lovely home.

The place is just as described, clean, very well-appointed and had a great view! The only negative is that the place smelled a little cooped up / stale, which went away by the next day, more upstairs, not downstairs. The ventilation downstairs needs a few more air changes to make it less noticeable. Otherwise, it was a perfect place and I would rent it again in the future.

The porch and private dock are wonderful. Spent the entire weekend looking out at the water. We had a great time. Night time views of the bay were the best. If you have ever seen it you know.

Breathless Family get away

This place was amazing. This was such a great place for a family. Lots of room inside and out for kids. Owners did an amazing job with games for kids and adults. Views were amazing! It stayed cold all week and did not have an issue staying indoors with the family. This place exceeded our expectations of a family get away. We give our highest recommendations to this place!!!!

Beautiful view

This lovely home is right across the street from Aransas Bay. We got to see beautiful sunrises and my son enjoyed fishing off of the pier. The home is is big enough for extended family. The small touches that the owner's did were appreciated.

Feels like a dream house you might retire into. Plenty of room to walk the dogs. Tremendous kitchen; whoever built it loved to cook. Excellent morning sunrise views.
