This newly remodeled 1 Bedroom/ 1 Bathroom condo is located on the first floor and boasts spectacular Beach views and is perfect for 4 guests! With calming neutral tones and a beach theme throughout this condo, guests will instantly feel at home. The living room area is an open-concept and features wall-to-wall windows. There is a love seat, sofa and two chairs in addition to a large flat-screen television ready for guests to cozy up and catch a movie.

The kitchen area is a delight for those who love to cook and includes full-sized appliances, a Keurig coffeemaker, gorgeous cabinetry and modern granite countertops and fixtures. The cabinets and drawers are fully stocked with utensils, cookware, and dishes to make preparing meals as simple as can be. For a casual lunch, there is bar seating for 4 guests. For those who like to enjoy dinner around the table, there is a dining table with seating for 3 just around the corner.

For sleeping accommodations, there is a queen-sized bed in the main bedroom and a queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room that can sleep 2 guests comfortably. The main bedroom has two closets and flat-screen television as well that guests can use to watch their favorite shows!

Wonderful unit right by the beach!
