The open living space features modern, upscale furnishings throughout including a king size bed with luxurious mattress and resort quality linens, two drawer nightstands, a six drawer dresser, swivel glider chairs, dining table for two, 50" flat screen TV and a stunning kitchen that will far exceed your expectations for an efficiency. The unit features upgraded cabinetry, granite counters, and modern, stainless steel appliances as well as everything you could need for cooking and serving meals. Cleaning up is a breeze with a built-in dishwasher.
The bathroom features a large glass walk-in shower and a brightly lit double vanity with a magnifying make-up mirror. Ample vanity storage and a sizable closet provide plenty of room for all your toiletries and beach clothes.
The balcony wall-to-wall windows allow stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, with glimpses of the Horace Caldwell Pier and South Jetty. Exit the sliding glass door to the private balcony and enjoy the sunrise and sounds of the surf with your favorite cup of coffee while sitting on counter height furniture.
