Nemo Cay Resort D107 on suosikki rannikolle tulevien perheiden keskuudessa. Kompleksi tarjoaa luettelon mukavuuksista, joita et löydä muualta saarelta. Siinä on kaunis lämmitetty suolaisen veden uima-allas, lasten uima-allas suihkulähteillä, uima-altaan vieressä olevat palapat ja lasten leikkipaikka. Kaikki ympäröivät rehevä trooppinen maisemointi.
Kompleksi sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla Pohjois-Padren saarella ja täysin uuden Schlitterbahn Corpus Christi -vesipuiston vieressä. Vieraat pääsevät helposti alueellisiin nähtävyyksiin, kuten Mustang Islandin osavaltion puistoon, Padre Islandin kansallisen rannikkoon, Texasin osavaltion akvaarioon ja mailin päähän tuulenpitävistä rannoista.

INTERIOR
Sisustuksessa on moderni rannikkotunnelma rauhoittavilla värimaailmilla ja mukavilla sohvilla, jotka kannustavat sinua potkimaan takaisin ja rentoutumaan katsellessasi 60 "taulutelevisiota. Avoin konsepti-, oleskelu- ja ruokailutila on täydellinen paikka tuoda kaikki yhteen nauttimaan mukavasta perheen ruokailusta pitkän päivän jälkeen rannalla. Alakerrassa on makuuhuone, jossa king-size-vuode ja kylpyhuone. Yläkerrassa on vielä kaksi makuuhuonetta, jokaisella on oma kylpyhuone. Siellä on myös queen-size-vuodesohva, jossa voi nukkua vielä 2 vierasta oleskelutilassa ja 2 yhden hengen kokoista vuodesohvaa, joihin mahtuu yhteensä 12 vierasta. Keittiö on täysin varustettu ja siellä on myös pesukone / kuivausrumpu avuksesi. Muita mukavuuksia ovat ilmainen langaton internetyhteys, 2 varattua pysäköintialuetta, hiiligrilli-grillit ja televisiot jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa.

-PET -POLITIIKKA: Lemmikkieläimet ovat sallittuja vain lemmikkieläinystävällisissä ominaisuuksissa. Hintaan sisältyy 100 dollaria per lemmikkieläinmaksu kaikista 7 päivän tai vähemmän oleskeluista, 200 dollaria 8–29 päivän oleskeluista ja 300 dollaria vähintään 30 päivän oleskeluista. Lisäksi lemmikkieläinten siivousmaksu on 50 dollaria vähintään 7 päivän oleskelusta, 7 5 dollaria 8–29 päivän oleskeluista ja 100 dollaria vähintään 30 päivän oleskeluista. Lemmikkieläimet on oltava talteen otettuina aina rannalla tai kodin ulkopuolella. Jos ilmoittamattoman lemmikin todetaan oleskelevan kiinteistössä, vieraalta veloitetaan 500 dollaria. 00 ja pyydetään lähtemään ilman hyvitystä.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Whitecap Beach. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla vesipuisto ja pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa keittiön ja 3 kylpyhuonetta.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay. Property manager was great in working with us when we needed to modify the reservation. Only thing is that I would not recommend staying here with babies, toddlers, or young children learning to walk, as floors are concrete. Also rollaway beds shown as put together/made up on listing, but they were not. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay

The room set up was perfect for our family. It seemed to be an older place, but clean and well taken care of. Pool area was nice, but cold. Management was quick to come and turn in the heater. It didn’t heat up very much before we had to leave. Easy check in and check out. Just wish there was a hot tub.

Awesome to sum it all up.

Just as advertised. Pool was great. Distance to beach was just around the corner. If I had any questions the staff was available on text or phone to answer anything I needed. Will definitely recommend and will stay again. Thanks for a vacation that provided far less stress than staying anywhere else.

Father’s Day weekend

We all had a cozy comfortable room to sleep in. The AC was super cold , the kitchen had everything we needed to cook with . The Pool was nice and clean. Every room had a TV. There was even extra clean blankets to use. Overall we had a great time with all my family being able to be together. Thank you

There were 12 of us, and the property was spacious enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. The location was perfect, with Whitecap Beach just across the street, making it super convenient for beach outings. The home was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The management staff was also very helpful and responsive. Good place needs WiFi upgrade

This is a nice place and suitable for a crowd but not with the current WiFi setup. There was no WiFi upstairs at all. Cooking was easy and furniture was good in the unit, but kids and family were disappointed in the WiFi.

Adequate

The reason I gave adequate as a rating for the property was because it didn’t give me the feeling of support I expected from this type of rental. Nagging details, yes, but they were still there such as minimal trash bags that turned me off to feeling I was supported. A hotel I could ask housekeeping if I needed extra bags for something. On the other hand when the dryer wouldn’t work I was pleased by the responses from management. When I presented this review to my wife she wanted to include pool as another positive to our stay. She and the grandchildren spent hours there. I’m grateful that the unit was available on short notice. Having it for my family was a big plus.
