Summary:

Welcome to this tiny home located in Sailfish RV Resort. The newest luxury RV Resort in Port Aransas. This in town community is located right next to the ship channel and has endless things to experience. The fishing is amazing off the Charlies Pasture 24-hour pier, walk or bike through the trails or take a golf cart ride through town. The park has an oversized heated community pool, kids splash pad, dog park, hammock park, laundry facility and birding pond.



The Space:

Next to the tiny home is a private 15 x12 foot palapa with an outdoor kitchen. The kitchen is complete with a nice gas grill, granite counter tops, a mini fridge, fire pit, lights and a fan. The house has a King size bed down stairs and a Full size bed upstairs in the loft. There are full size appliances and an amazing shower in the bathroom.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire tiny home, including the downstairs bedroom with a king-size bed and the upstairs loft with a full-size bed. Enjoy the full-size appliances and amazing shower in the bathroom. Outside, you'll have your own private 15x12 foot palapa, complete with an outdoor kitchen featuring a gas grill, granite countertops, a mini fridge, fire pit, lights, and a fan. Plus, you're welcome to use the resort's amenities: an oversized heated community pool, kids splash pad, dog park, hammock park, laundry facility, and birding pond.

Explore the charming shops and boutiques that line the streets of Port Aransas. The resort itself boasts an oversized heated community pool, a kids' splash pad, a dog park, a hammock park, and a birding pond, ensuring a fun-filled stay for everyone. Plus, you're close to the beach for sun-soaked days and stunning sunsets.

Getting around is easy! Free parking is available on the premises for your convenience. While Port Aransas is a golf cart and driving friendly town, consider these options for longer trips. The closest major airport is Corpus Christi International Airport (CRP), approximately a 45-minute drive away. From the airport, you can rent a car, use ride-sharing services, or arrange a private shuttle to reach the property. Once in Port Aransas, getting around is a breeze with golf carts, rental bikes, and local taxi services. Explore the island at your own pace!

Please note: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Free parking is available on-site. This property is a non-smoking unit, and we kindly ask that you refrain from smoking inside the tiny home or on the premises. Pets are not allowed.
