However, the neighborhood does have its challenges, including higher traffic near downtown, occasional noise from businesses and busy streets, and some areas showing signs of wear. Crime rates are higher compared to suburban neighborhoods, and certain parts may appear underdeveloped, with aging infrastructure. Despite these issues, 19th Street offers a convenient and dynamic base for exploring the best of Corpus Christi.

Entire studio apartment is free for your use throughout your stay. No one else will be occupying the unit. We do rent the front house separately and that at times may be occupied during your stay. Parking is shared with the two homes.

Friendly Heads-Up About Extended Stays & Pet Fees 🐾✨

We love hosting longer stays! Just a quick heads-up to keep everything transparent and comfy for everyone:
🧼 Mid-Stay Cleaning:
For stays over 7 nights, we require a mid-stay cleaning to help keep the space fresh. This is the same as the regular cleaning fee and will be collected after booking via the Airbnb Resolution Center.
Since Airbnb doesn’t allow these to be included in the nightly rate or built-in fees, we’ll send any necessary requests through the “Change Reservation” tool after booking. Thanks so much for understanding! We just want to make sure everything is clear up front. Looking forward to hosting you! 😊

🐶 Pet Policy: Pets are welcome! A $120 per pet / per stay fee applies, with a maximum of 2 pets. All pets must be added to your reservation.
Airbnb does not allow these fees to be included in the nightly rate, so applicable requests will be sent using the “Change Reservation” tool after booking.

PET POLICY
- $120 per stay pet fee per pet capped to be paid prior to your stay via Airbnb resolution request - if not paid within 1 hour of booking - your stay will be cancelled
- Maximum of either 1 large animal 50-75 lbs or two small animals under 40 lbs
- All pets must be kenneled and house trained
- All pets must be leashed at all times if outside the home
- All pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed of in our garbage receptacles outside of the home
- All pets must be kept off all furniture, bedding and off sheets and blankets or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed
- All guests assume responsibility for any damages or injury caused by their animals
- Emotional support animals are not exempt from this pet policy & pet fees must be paid
