This coastal charm guarantees to give our guests a relaxing getaway and fall in LOVE with Rockport! We are located on a peninsula surrounded by Aransas Bay and Copano Bay, with just a short drive to Corpus Christi and a ferry boat ride to the Gulf of Mexico. (Port Aransas).
Our property, located just 3 blocks from the water, is a perfect "Home Away From Home". Including many extras with attention to detail, and always taking pride in both cleanliness and comfort for a memorable stay.
We are located just 5 minutes from the public boat ramp, salt water pool and our very own Blue Wave Beach. During your stay visit our downtown shops, historic district, harbor, hike and bike trails, ski basin, public pool, golf course, art galleries and restaurants. You are sure to find many places to experience and discover!
Start your day by taking a morning stroll on Water Street and watching the sunrise over Aransas Bay. Explore the Connie Hagar Wildlife Sanctuary right across the street or the many other birding havens in our community.
Bring your boat! We have ample parking for it. Or just bring your fishing pole and fish from one of our town's public piers. If fishing is not your thing but you love fresh seafood, Flower's Seafood Market is located just a minute down the street.
Our open floor plan, just shy of 500 sq. ft sleeps up to 4 guests. The property offers a queen size bed in the bedroom and the living room has a full size couch pull out mattress bed that is designed for children. Both the bathroom and kitchen have all the amenities waiting for our guests to help make their stay comfortable. Our favorite feature, and sure to be yours, is the outdoor patio deck. Spend your time relaxing, grilling or simply enjoying the constant coastal breeze!

Amazing and cozy place, has everything you need for a good stay. Very close to the rockport beach park, is the place we always go for spend the day at the beach. Roxane was very communicative and response time always good. Comfortable bed, easy access for check in and check out. Would definitely come back again next summer.

Great little Bungalo!

We were greated with gentle music as we walked in and every second after that was a joy! There were chocolates left by the bed, came in handy in the middle of the night ...i stole my wifes as well! We will be back, great experience , clean and neat with cute touches throughout !

This bungalow was a perfect hideaway, and I could tell a great deal of care and thought went into each detail. As I opened the door, music was even playing to welcome me ‘home.’ And…it’s not a big deal, but it meant a lot to me that they had water bottles. I was very grateful!
