Bikes & Golf Cart
We provide a selection of regular bicycles and electric bikes for our guests to enjoy at no additional charge. Please use them responsibly and at your own risk. Guests will be responsible for any damage, loss, or repairs resulting from misuse.
Golf cart rentals are available for $300 per stay.
Please note: Gas-powered go-karts are for owner use only and are not available for guest use.
Restroom Guidelines
To avoid plumbing issues, please do not flush paper towels, napkins, wipes, feminine hygiene products, or any items other than toilet paper down the toilets.
If a toilet becomes clogged due to improper use, guests will be responsible for any associated plumbing or repair costs.
Trash & Event Cleanup
If you are hosting an event or gathering, please empty trash regularly throughout the event including restroom to prevent overflow.
Guests are responsible for the proper disposal of all trash generated during their stay or event.

Bedrooms:
1st bedroom: 2 full bed with full shower
2nd bedroom: 6 queen bunk beds with restroom
3rd bedroom: 4 queen bunk beds with full shower
Ground floor has 4 restrooms.
4th bedroom is in a private tiny house 100ft from barn which has his own private restroom, bathroom and Kitchen and laundry.
5th bedroom is a private house near pond which has his own private restroom, bathroom and Kitchen.
Glass house with own private restroom, bathroom and Kitchen is under construction.
Outdoor area has restrooms and 1 shower near pool
For any event, birthday party, or gatherings with more than 30 guests, we charge a $500 per night fee to cover property wear and tear ; and extra $500 for cleanup
For security and insurance purposes, the primary booking guest must provide a government-issued ID before check-in.
This helps us verify the reservation and protect the property. All information is kept private and securely deleted after the stay.
