▪️ The homeowner resides on the first floor of the property. You’ll have exclusive, private access to the second and third floors for the duration of your stay.
▪️ Please note that the use of washer and dryer has a cost for use, if you are planning to use the washer and dryer please reach out for fee details.

▪️ Pets are welcome with a fee. Max # of pets: 2; Pet Fee Applies for $300; Pets must be registered and reported to the host. Ensure that they are well-behaved and that you take necessary precautions to prevent any damage and extra cleaning. Pet owners will be responsible for any extra cleaning fees or damages caused.
▪️ No smoking within the property’s premises
▪️ Please observe quiet hours from 11PM to 7AM.
▪️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises or cause any disturbances.
