We got there at 5 pm. Check in is supposed to be at 3 pm. They didn’t have our rooms clean and ready and were informed we had to wait a while to get our rooms. I have two toddlers who were tired. The ac vent was broken and leaking on the carpet. Too bad I had our clothes in a pile and everything was soaking wet.

It was clean and everyone was nice. The a/c in my first room didn’t work so I was given a different room. One elevator didn’t work at all, the other elevator was extremely slow, I used the stairs mostly but the day that I went to check out I had my luggaGe to carry so had to take the elevator- waited for a few minutes while listening to it go up and down but never stop. For the price I wish there was a breakfast buffet included -

They demanded a 100.00 deposit over the room fee I had already paid. Expedia should have said something about that. The fee paid was not the total cost. The deposit was insulting.
