The shared swimming pool, measuring 10 x 5 metres with a uniform depth of 150 cm, serves as the centrepiece of the outdoor area and is available seasonally from 27 March to 15 October. Pool upkeep is handled directly by the owner and gardener, ensuring the water and surrounding area are consistently maintained to a high standard throughout the season.

A 15 m2 terrace is accessible directly from the apartment and is furnished with terrace furniture and 4 deck chairs, providing an ideal outdoor setting for leisure.
