It offers 3 apartments within the property and a shared natural state property of 500 square meters. Enjoy amenities such as a garden with flowers and trees, a meadow, a lawn for sunbathing, a swimming pool (10 x 5 meters, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 12 April - 15 October), and parking on the premises. You will be staying in the "Oleandro" 3-room apartment, which measures 90 square meters and is located on the ground floor. The living area features a comfortable and tastefully furnished living room with a dining nook and satellite TV. There are two double bedrooms, and the apartment has natural stone floors throughout.
Amenities Included
The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The apartment also includes air conditioning, heating (available only from October 1st to April 30th), and complimentary WiFi internet access. Outside, there is a 15 square meter terrace with furniture and four deck chairs for your enjoyment.
Other Information
The apartment features a private entrance and an exit leading to the terrace from the kitchen area. Please note that this vacation rental is not suitable for small children. With its comfortable furnishings, modern amenities, and outdoor terrace, the "Oleandro" apartment offers a delightful setting for your upcoming vacation.
