Ground floor: entrance into the living room with its fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet, and a laundry room. A spacious, bright living room with a TV area, musical instruments (piano, guitar, drums), books, and a foosball table.
Upstairs: a bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed sharing a shower room with a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed, and a bedroom with two 90 x 190 cm beds (with a 1.40 m clearance under a beam) and its own shower room. Separate toilet. Low ceiling in the hallway (1.75 m clearance). Fiber optic Wi-Fi, baby equipment: cot, high chair, and booster seat.
Outside, you'll enjoy a large 70 m² terrace, a private above-ground swimming pool (5.5m x 2.75m x 1.32m) open from July 1st to September 15th, and a 1500 m² enclosed garden (landscape currently being developed). Private parking is available on site, along with outdoor games, a barbecue, and garden furniture. This spacious, comfortable, and beautifully renovated cottage retains some period features. It is located in the charming village of Courcôme. It offers a peaceful and verdant setting with views of the surrounding countryside, ideal for exploring the region.
The price includes: Rental, utilities, bed linen, towels, and kitchen linen.
