The spacious, open-plan living space with natural light, provides ample space to relax and unwind. The Telecabina Dolonne cable car to Mont Blanc is a 15-minute walk away. The ideal base for winter sports enthusiasts, Courmayeur offers a wide range of ski slopes suitable for all levels and is famous for its off-piste opportunities including the Vallée Blanche.

In the summer, the area is a haven for hikers, bikers and mountaineers with trails ranging from easy walks to challenging climbs and several mountain biking trails.
