The entire hotel smells terrible, you can feel it is damp I would not recommend anyone to stay there.

The hotel was within a short walking distance to the airport terminal. The room was spacious and had a nice bed and bathroom and a lovely shower. The staff did not greet me immediately at the Front desk but were talking amongst themselves and left me standing there for about a minute until they said “May I help you?” I was not given clear instructions on how to get to my room and had to return to the desk to ask more specifically.

The front lobby was lovely but as you walked down the hall to the elevators the condition got a lot worse. The hallways and rooms were run down looking and looked like they hadn’t been updated in a long time.

The hotel room was very poorly cleaned prior to our arrival. There was someone else’s clothes from a stay prior to hours on the floor next to the chair and by the air conditioner heating unit. Also, the blow dryer was so sticky, You could not handle it, so we had to use the ice bag as a glove to even touch the hairdryer and the ice bag was then stuck to the dryer. I have pictures and videos of all of this. Totally gross!!! The staff was friendly but the cleanliness was horrible.

The refrigerator was leaking, so the carpet was wet and it smelled damp/moldy in the room. Unfortunately, there was a family that left their small children unattended in a nearby room, so they were playing in the hallway at 11:00 p.m. & @ 3:30 a.m. they were out in the hallway crying for their mom. Disaster - but not the hotel's fault.

Peace of mind

It was an honor staying at this property. I had to travel early in the morning with my elderly father and our flight was really early. My dad is not an early riser and he doesn’t get around very well. The hotel was perfect! He enjoyed the food and the cookies. It was so quiet and comfortable.

Worst experience at any Hilton

Between not honoring our bed size reservation, ant infestation in room, dusty, musty room with bedding that did not smell fresh, noisy elevated down the hall keeping us up all night, to out of date carpets, rude staff that did not want to also honor our reservations free breakfast, ending with a horrible dinner experience...we will never stay here again!
