It is a rather old hotel but very pretty as you enter the lobby. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The hotel appeared to be well kept for the most part. The room looked freshly cleaned. However, there was a bed bug right on the bed. I immediately went to the front desk and the staff person was horrified and apologized profusely. They took a picture of the bug (yes, I took it in a tissue) and offered me a different room. Had it not been so late, I would have declined and asked for a refund. I did get another room and inspected thoroughly but slept fitfully all night because I kept waking up looking for bed bugs. As stated, the night staff was very accommodating, but I won't stay there again.

I was worried about staying here, when we arrived the parking lots were overflowing. HUGE hotel with 6 stories. The door closest to our room was not working with key cards so we had to use other doors. Puke or a spill in the elevator. But the room was all remodeled, felt EXTREMELY clean and very nice, even the decorations were nice. Our room had a Keurig. I was honestly super surprised by the room after walking through super warm and humid hallways. The AC was super quiet and room was perfect temp. The bed was a really good bed. Mattress reminded me of our expensive mattress at home. Slept awesome after hardly sleeping the night before at another hotel that was twice as expensive. If all the rooms are remodeled, I’d stay here again. I don’t know if I would take a chance if they aren’t, but overall our experience was pretty good.

There were no issues with our stay. We had an early flight and had no issues using the free shuttle very early in the morning. The room was fine and comfortable. But the hotel just needs freshened up pretty much everywhere you look. The pool area was completely closed the night we were there. Fine for what it was and the price we paid.

I arrived at about 1:30 am after flight and was surprised that there was a line, but the desk person handled it all efficiently. Shuttle was easy to access. Room was quiet (and it was not a quiet weekend, but I was placed on a quieter floor). I enjoyed my room, slept well. It met my needs nicely.

Stayed here for three days over the holiday. It was okay but could be a lot cleaner. It’s dark, not bright and welcoming. The breakfast is not worth buying, on the weekend the buffet is okay. The property was an older property a little worn and out dated. It’s okay overnight, Terri says max for the price. I probably will not return, I’m being transparent.
