Not just a rental unit per se, this is our "Sweet Home Cozumel". Our Condo has a view of the Ocean from the balcony and from the large 12' X 24' Private Sundeck. The hammocks, lounges, table & chairs give you options on how to relax while on top of the world. Rear of the unit has an amazing view of the Jungle with all the wildlife and sounds of Mexico and a breeze to die for. Our condo is close to Scuba Diving (1/4 mile from Marina) & the beaches Cozumel is famous for. Make this YOUR happy place.

DETAILS:

We have rented for years and, now that we are owners, we want to provide the things that we were looking for when renting. This is our home for several months a year, so it is stocked with things that we use & want ourselves. We know what it is like, after a long day of traveling, to look forward to a nice, comfortable, clean room with chilled water and snacks. We hope that our Condo gives you all of that plus the taste and feel for what Cozumel has to offer.

If you find you have forgotten something, we will try to help you. We do provide shampoo, conditioner and body soap. We also have toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, reusable shopping bags... Our kitchen is stocked with what you need including coffee, creamer, sugar, oil, salt & pepper and cultural spices. We have mixing bowls, measuring cups and much more. Kitchen has a 3/4 size refrigerator with freezer.

Due to the owner's allergies, we need this condo to be dander free and smoke free so will not accept pets or smoking inside or outside of the condo. This obviously has benefits for others who suffer from the same issues.

The bed is the best Sealy Pillow Top mattress offered and is very comfortable. We have 3 types of pillows (3 sets) for you to choose from.

Our Studio Condo has screens on the entry door, bathroom window and the sliding glass door. This allows you the option of having the doors open without bugs, unlike many other condos in Cozumel.

We provide Starlink Internet. Speeds over 100 mbps are typical, but we have had speeds up to 337 mbps. If you are working remotely, streaming or just surfing in Cozumel this makes a world of difference. You can choose to set up a workstation with a surge protector at the kitchen bar.

We provide a 50" Smart TV and a Roku unit. Our TV also has Casting capabilities.

We have a clothes line on the sun deck to dry your wet towels, swim suits, laundry and scuba gear.

Because this is our second home we keep the Condo in pristine shape and frequently make updates.
*We just replaced our AC in 2025 to a quiet LG.
*Our updates made in 2026 include a new futon couch that is so much more comfortable. We also replaced the toilet.

Our host, Lori, is on the Island and 10 minutes away by car.

Amazing pool and Jacuzzi.

Two elevators are available, which makes carrying packages and gear much easier.

We have self check-in if needed but prefer to greet in person. Early luggage drop off is available.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE;

We offer round-trip pick-up service along with a grocery store stop. The fee is 800 pesos; we will even bring reusable shopping bags!

You also can add a scooter for 400mxn per day, bicycle per 150mxn and car for 1,200mxn.

Taxi service is readily available as well. Ask our security to call for a taxi and they will be able to help.

As a guest of A DIVERS DREAM/STARLINK WIFI/PRIVATE SUNDECK VIEWS, you'll find an outdoor pool, a garden, and a water dispenser. The front desk is open around the clock.
