This beautiful house is located just 2 blocks away from the Ocean Road or Main Street, and 4 blocks away from the Ferry. You will be in a walking distance from lots of stores, bars and restaurants. And 1 km away from Punta Langosta Pier and Plaza where is a Movie Theater, Sr Frogs, Hooters and more stores.
The house was built around 1950 but has been recently renovated making it a very comfortable place that can feel like home. Has a grill in the backyard, Air Conditioning in every room and a very spacious kitchen. You will love it!!!

Wonderful 2‑Week Stay — Clean, Spacious, and Perfect for DiversWe stayed here for two weeks and had an excellent experience. The host was attentive, and communication was always timely, which made everything smooth from start to finish.The house itself is clean and spacious. The full kitchen was perfect for preparing breakfast and lunch each day. We easily could have cooked dinner as well, but with so many great local restaurants within walking distance, we chose to enjoy the neighborhood instead. The location truly can’t be beat if you enjoy exploring on foot.One of the biggest highlights for us as divers was the dedicated area with a washer, dryer, sink, and space to line‑dry gear. It was a complete game changer. We were able to rinse our equipment and wash rash guards, swimsuits, and lightweight neoprene without any hassle.Overall, this home made our stay comfortable, convenient, and peaceful. We would happily return.

The host was very responsive and so welcoming. The whole place is very nice and relaxing. Amazing location near everything you would need for a week in Cozumel. Convenience, store, dive shop, short, walk to the waterfront, town square, pharmacy, and some great local restaurants.

This was perfect for our family of 4. Comfortable beds, kitchen to cook our meals, washer/dryer, and I really like the decor/style of the rental. Owner was great and checked in on us, gave us any assistance when needed. Some nice restaurants on this street as well.

Great Location and House!

This house is located right near the town square. The front door is massive with 2 locks and the back patio has high fencing so the security is great. Mariano checked us in personally and walked us through the property with much detail. The house was clean, the beds, sheets, and pillows were very comfortable. Everything was great overall! The only drawback I can comment on is that the noise level from the street can definitely be clearly heard in the front bedroom. Overall, I would highly recommend!

Clean, easy, center of town!

This property was located in the center of town which made for easy walking access to the pier, shopping and market. Great restaurants all around. Property manager was very accommodating and kind. He spoke fluent English and was easy to communicate with. It was very clean, simple amenities, had a washer and dryer! Very important in a town with a beach and long stays. We are coming back!

Incredible Villa and Owner

This is an incredible property. Owner is exceptional, knowledgeable, and very attentive to help make your stay the best it can be. The villas A/C froze me, actually had to turn it off a couple times. I highly recommend this home and Mariano if you’re looking for a place to stay in Cozumel.

Nice property and location for downtown

Great place and great pricing. Mariano was very helpful and attentive to my questions and needs, even quickly hooked me up with taxi to the airport. Very much as described in the pics. Clean and well kept. Nicely equipped kitchen. Plenty of room, was just me but 4 will do nicely there. Great access to the city center and everything you need within walking distance.
