An incredible stay all around. The location is fantastic just steps away from open water swimming and snorkeling. This location is just 15 minutes from downtown so close enough, while having everything you need without the chaos of downtown. The condo was exceptionally clean with everything you need. Wonderful patio with views to match. We will be back.

Great place for family vacation

Amazing place, it has everything you need. I traveled with my 2 teenagers boys and husband. The condo is far enough from the city center, nice, quiet. Close enough to our favorite beach, San Martin, and the marina for the multiple dives we made. If you want to snorkel, it’s just in front of property. We will be back!

Wow! What an amazing property!

My wife and I have stayed down in Cozumel 10 times over the last 6 years and I can say without question this condo unit was the absolute best! (This includes 2 other stays at the Landmark). From the moment we arrived, we were pampered by Sandy, Landmark's concierge, who checked in on us regularly and was available for any need. The unit itself was immaculate and in great condition. It has every kitchen utensil you would ever need including a great water dispenser that served cold and hot water. The living area is spacious with a comfy couch & chair. The 3 bedroom layout was perfect for our family with a bathroom provided for each bedroom. The beds were comfortable and you can tell they are fairly new. And the deck was amazing with enough room for family dinners out there. We rented this for our 40 year anniversary and everything about our stay at the Landmark and this unit in particular was exceptional.
