The place really needs a makeover. It was dingy and although it was clean????it felt that it wasn’t. Alot of things didn’t work (jets on hot tub vending machine etc). Restaurant was closed ????? It was very disappointing and it wasn’t cheap. Wouldn’t stay again.

The room floor was wet so another room was provided. This room was not as clean. The temperature control was non -functional, so hot or cold were the options. Would have liked an extra blanket. Will not stay there again.

Woke up to someone getting beat up outside our window quite badly, had to call the police. Rooms were stinky and breakfast was terrible. Front desk staff was wonderful and very kind.

The hotel is a bit of a paradox. First, they confused our reservation and booked us the next night - but then they contacted us to fix it. Unfortunately, they only had smaller bed sizes than we requested. Then they thoughtfully put us at the end of a hall, because of the pet - but the door didn't work. Finally, if you are traveling with a dog, it's important to know that there is NO grass around the property. I don't mean "not much" or "it's hard to get to" - there actually isn't any. Super inconvenient with a dog.

The property is dated. They don’t do a full service cleaning of the rooms when you stay more than one day. They won’t make the bed for example. I guess the property is okay for the price but they could do little things that would make it better

What an excellent service! When I checked in, I let the front desk staff know I just had a gout attack and couldn’t manage the stairs. I asked if it would be possible to have a room on the main floor. Without hesitation, she shuffled a few things around and made it happen. I’m truly grateful for her kindness and help. I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name, but I’d love to give her a big shoutout—she truly went above and beyond!

The property was clean the breakfast was very good ( just needed a pot of hot water to make herbal tea)We did use the hot tub, but it was not hot, just warm. Decent place would stay there again.

Close to many eating places. Excellent breakfast. Very clean hotel and staff helpful. AC unit very loud fan but it worked fine. Very well equipped gym. AC in entry area, breakfast area and lounge was kept too cold. Staff in breakfast area very friendly and cheerful.
