By the front door is a patio with table and chairs, to help you make the most of the surroundings. After a day of exploring the area, enjoy uninterrupted stargazing at the spectacular dark skies. The annexe feels contemporary and spacious with an open plan living and dining area on the first floor, flooded with natural light. The wood burner adds a warm touch, to snuggle up and enjoy a film on the TV in the evening. The outside space is perfect for bringing along your furry friends, with lots of areas for them to roam, the owners have spent time on their garden and have created a beautiful wildflower garden to enjoy at certain times of the year.

Exploring the rural countryside and nearby areas like Ludlow, Bishops Castle, and Knighton sounds like a perfect way to spend your time whilst staying at the Dingle Cottage. The historic town of Clun is full of curious buildings, a museum, shops, cafés and a castle, as well as the ancient Packhorse Bridge. There’s a calendar of events going on throughout the year, from carnivals to food and drink festivals in Clun and the surrounding areas. An ideal base to explore this beautiful Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, wildlife enthusiasts, cyclists and keen walkers alike can enjoy paths from the annexe, such as the Shropshire Way, the Jack Mytton Way, and Offa’s Dyke which offer miles of scenic walks. There is lots to see and do in the area such as hang gliding on the Long Mynd, foodie events in the town of Ludlow, the multitude of museums at Ironbridge Gorge or the majestic Stokesay Castle, to name but a few.
