The well-equipped kitchen has an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, washing machine and there is also a dining table and chairs to enjoy a home-cooked meal. The living area offers a cosy place to unwind after a busy day exploring Devon, with comfortable seating and a Smart TV with Freeview. Patio doors open out to the front parking area with a bistro table and chairs, offering a peaceful spot for your morning coffee. Head upstairs to discover the bedroom suite which has a handy dressing table/study area as you walk through with a double day bed that can accommodate two additional guests. There is also a super kingsize zip and link bed (can be set up with twin beds if requested) and a stylish en-suite with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, toilet and sink.

There’s a great pub within a 10-minute drive that does takeaway food and has good ratings. The accommodation is close to the village of Pennymoor which is nearby to the historic Mid Devon town of Tiverton. This part of Devon is an excellent touring base with easy access to lots of places of interest. The accommodation is set midway between Devon’s two coastlines, convenient for a day out to either. The award-winning North Devon coastline is within a 50 minute drive with its golden sandy surfing beaches and the Jurassic South Devon coastal beauty spots are within an hours drive. Beach 25 miles.
